This hotel is supposed to be a 4 star grading, yet the service, furnishings and guest care was most definitely not of a superior quality. In fact, it was not even of a good quality.
The hotel staff seem to be poorly trained, all levels up to the manager. And the overall cleanliness of the room was also far below...
