About Golden Horse Casino Hotel
The facilities at this hotel are good. The service however is appalling. When we fisrt checked in the room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned, with dirty shoe prints on the bathroom floor. In addition, the sheets had clearly not been changed from the previous customer, but unfortunely I only realised this the next day when I opened up...
