Went there for our honeymoon. Place is lovely, very relaxing, safe etc. Beach was quite shingly and we found out that the southern parts of Mauritius (Bel Ombre) doesn't get the weather of the North Port Louis etc. Weather wasn't hot enough for pool or sea. So don't go June till August as it's there winter go later on it...
