About Hotel Avenida
The check-in process was exceptionally slow (30 mins+) with no reason offered for the confusing process. Had booked 5 nights and had to pay all upfront. Booked room not available so upgraded for 1 night to a suite. This could have been done better! We were told we would have to check out the next morning because this for 1...
