The worst hotel experience endured during our stay in Namibia.
Arrival - difficult, rude, inefficient, unprofessional reception and other staff. We arrived later than we anticipated due to a flight delay, 7.45pm, with a booked arrival time of 4pm. We checked in only to be told "we are full and busy" and your room is not ready, "ready in 10/15...
