About Peermont Metcourt at Emperors Palace

We are a family of four - 2 children and were returning back from capetown to travel back to Mumbai. We had to stay in Johannesburg for the night to catch a morning flight. We reached the hotel at 7.15pm on 19th may 2012 and had vouchers for two rooms.
That's when the nightmare began we were serviced by Reuben...
