We were staying here due to our sons wedding being held in East London. Nowhere in any literature about this hotel does it tell you that it is attached to a cinema and shopping mall, hence the lobby of this hotel is used as a walkway from the carparks to the shops. The reception girls are great and helpful -...
We only stayed here for 1 night on the 22nd oct. We arrived late so we did not do much here rather than sleep and have breakfast, which was excellent. The pool will be lovely in the summer but was the coldest we had all the time on the trip.
Business oriented this hotel is a complete disaster. The internet is unusable, the business center doesn't work! Nice rooms, good bedding and respectable breakfast. Service it's ok, but not outstanding. Still a long way to go...
I have decided to try this hotel instead of myoriginal booking at Hemmingways. I was shocked at the "bad experience".
1) There is no dedicated shower but one above the bath with shower curtauins that is not even long enough to keep the water from falling outside the bath. Bath showers is a no-no!
2) My organisation had to pay...
No heat, no air conditioning, loud, and in a very dangerous part of town.
I received no wake up call, my check-out invoice was wrong, I froze at night, and the desk staff was incompetent.
Stay somewhere else!

We spent some time trying to find an appealing place to eat dinner in town and ended up asking the staff to order us take away which had on their lovely verandah, overlooking the quarry lake. Very peaceful...
Not a customer friendly place. Called on spec, got price for double room, went to check in and was told a higher price. Hotel's excuse-Oh, I didn't think there were 2 of you! As a big concession, we were eventually given the room at the 1st price. Went for dinner- big mistake. This hotel managed to serve the worst meal...
Having used tripadvisor for a few years now I have very rarely had to write a review of somewhere that I thought was truly terrible as I tend to avoid places which get those reviews. However as this hotel had very few reviews I took a bit of a risk and booked it anyway, I'm sorry to say that I...
I chose to stay at the Cozy Nest as I thought it would be more personal and less noisy that a hotel - but I was very wrong! The pictures on the internet are worlds apart from what I saw. The view from my room was the swimming pool, unfortunately it was half full and as green as grass!
I...
