Security, and work ethics, a huge disappointment,.I forgot an item and reported immediately after arrival when I was unpacking eight hours late and till this date no one is giving me a tangible explanation.

this really eccentric building looks like a castle on first approach.very steep driveway,then more steps to reception,garage parking available at extra cost.rooms spacious well appointed ,but bathrooms tiny ,no bath and very little shower pressure.breakfast good ,service fine ,overpriced for the accomodation provided,also garage should be included,as parking difficult.!

We stayed here for the world cup. Found the service to be mixed in general the duty manager was pretty rude and immature.
Hotel was fine, although the food was pretty average to poor. Found the bar staff to be very pleasant though.
