Entrance to hotel difficult to find, strange layaout of hotel - no lifts, and no staff willing to assist with luggage, slow booking in despite confirmed booking, dark and dingy rooms, dated decor, loud aircon, strange smells, slow room service, negative attitude from staff upon complaining - this place will never se mee again
